Refractory shapes are used in all high temperature applications and come in a wide range of shapes and sizes. Gemcast specializes in custom precast shapes.
- Castables are available in a variety of aggregate chemistries and densities which will be specific to your custom precast application
- Firebricks are available in both insulating and dense chemistries with varying temperature ratings
VACUUM FORMED PRODUCTS
Vacuum formed board is available in a variety of shapes, sizes, thicknesses and densities. Vacuum formed shapes are available as a custom order in any size or shape.

GASKETS
Gaskets are available for all high temperature applications, in a variety of shapes, sizes, thicknesses and materials. Gaskets can be custom made and used for either an atmospheric or airtight seal. In addition, Gemcast will stock custom insulating materials and seals for its customers.
